How Exactly Do You Stand Out?

For example...One common mistake is confusion between positioning your product as pain versus pleasure

When you are shouting solution-based offers, it's easy for someone to say "I can do that" and pretty much copy exactly what you did but they offer it at a much lower price

Then you enter into a dreaded price war. The winner tends to be the one with the bigger marketing budget, deeper pockets. And you might come out on top but...

... how many such wars can you win?

However, if you go with a pain-based offer & address pain points of your customer (something I cover in my "12D Secret Sauce"), you'll have a higher chance of winning because you're not "shouting" how amazing and how good you are, you're "whispering" their secret pain points which they don't want to tell others

Side benefit when done right? No matter how much screaming your competitors do, your customers only hear from you. And that means you get pricing power on your side
